In the vast majority of cases, we can send you the reservation confirmation via email at least 10 days before your visit to the cafe. During peak times, especially in the cherry blossom season, there may be delays, and in such instances, you will receive your confirmation at least 24 hours before your visit. In the very rare cases where we are unable to make a reservation, you will receive a full refund, including all fees.
